Manila Case Tracking (Manila) is committed to protecting the privacy of those who use our application and service. We collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, information about the pages consumers access on the website, and information voluntarily submitted by the consumer (for example, filling out a survey or service registration form). The only third party interactions include: (a) Google's captcha for ensure actual humans are submitted the "Contact" form, and (b) Google analytics on the public pages of Manilla exclusively in order to retrieve stats on users visiting our site. None of this information is every used outside of our organization, ever.

The Manila service has industry standard security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. While there is no such thing as "perfect security" on the internet, we will take all reasonable steps to insure the safety of your information.

Additionally, you retain all rights of ownership to the data you have stored on the service (see Data Ownership below). We will not sell or share this data with any third-parties or use this data to compete with you or advertise to your clients. Your privacy and the privacy of your clients are of utmost importance to us.

Data Ownership

Manila provides a product as a software-as-a-service solution. As such, the data entered into the application is always the property of the customer. At any time, and with proper advanced notification, Manila will be happy to provide you with your data. We will work with you to provide the information in a mutually satisfactory format. If you do ever decide to leave us for another product (we'd be sad to see you go), we will work with you or your new provider for a seamless transmission of your data. You are never "locked in" with our product.

Manila often customizes data retention, storage policies and access controls based on specific government requirements and regulations. If your organization or agency has specific requirements, please let the support team know.
